About The Client

Danerolles is a brand that has been around since 1974. The brand focuses on producing fresh dough that consumers can easily use to bake mini pizzas, croissants and other similar foods.

Danerolles is present in several countries in Europe and Sweden is one of them. Their FMCG products are unique and they are very popular amongst families with children.   

Client's Challenge

Danerolles have very fun products and the challenge they were facing was getting more people to know about their products since they were fairly new in the Swedish market. 

Danerolles invests in a good amount of video content to use for ads on social media. The problem they were facing was using their fairly low budget for advertising in Sweden to get more sales. Danerolles is not a very big brand that has huge media budgets to allocate in every country they operate. The brand needed to use their budget effectively and grow their brand awareness and get sales as well.  

Apart from getting their products known, the brand’s products were not equally distributed across stores in the country. They needed a national advertising strategy with a combination of local/store based advertising campaigns. 

Our Solution

Danerolles came to us with a fixed budget and the first thing that we went to do was to analyse their audience on Facebook. We came up with different interest targetings and groups that we were going to advertise towards. 

The ad creatives we received from Danerolles creative agency in the Netherlands were season based so we ran those ads around different seasons in the year which was perfect! 

Apart from the national ads we would run, we also ran very locally targeted ads around a specific store where Danerolles products had special offers. Danerolles together with the specific stores planned promotions that would last a week long per store. Our duty was to create promo video ads and to then geotarget them around the store that had the promotion. 

The results were that sales doubled during the promotion week in each store and even three weeks after the promotion ended!
